Drill & Blast Manager (EN)

Coordinate and perform activities related to the mining drilling operations, specifically: the preparation and control of drilling plans, explosive loading plans, and blasting plans, as well as quality control of drilling, loading, and blasting plans, in accordance with company guidelines, established policies, and applicable standards, in order to ensure the optimization of capacity, the maximization of operational performance and efficiency, compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards, and the achievement of defined objectives.

Job Requirements and Competency Profile

• Higher education degree in Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Engineering or Mining Engineering;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in production, preferably in mining projects;
• Blast card (preferred);
• Fluency in French (preferred);
• Initiative and Proactivity;
• Planning and Organization;
• Leadership, Motivation, and Team Training;
• Teamwork;
• Availability for mobility.
