Commercial Tender Technician (m/f) (EN) 

As part of Mota-Engil's Commercial Department, the main activities will be: Analyzing the project and specifications during the tender phase; working with different areas of the organization to prepare the administrative, legal, and technical documents to be included in the proposals; promoting a critical and constructive analysis of the projects, as well as consulting with suppliers and manufacturers; receiving and analyzing bids, preparing comparative tables; preparing the budget based on the available information and providing technical and commercial support during the negotiation phase.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or similar;
• More than 5 years of professional experience in budgeting;
• Solid skills in budgeting and negotiation techniques;
• Proficiency in computer tools: CCS, MS Project, MS Office;
• Proficiency in English and/or French;
• Results-oriented;
• Problem analysis and resolution;
• Customer focus and networking;
• Versatility and flexibility.
