Planning and Cost Control Technician (m/f)

The Cost Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining effective project cost control systems, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of all project costs throughout the project lifecycle. The position plays a key role in supporting project management decision-making through cost analysis, forecasting, trend monitoring, and financial performance reporting. The responsibilities are aligned with project control practices already defined within your project control documentation.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading;
• Strong understanding of project cost control methodologies, forecasting techniques, and earned value management;
• Experience with SAP or ERP financial systems;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities;
• Knowledge of accrual accounting principles and period-end closing processes;
• Experience in EPC and Construction is preferred;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
