SENIOR COMMUNICATION DESIGNER

Role Description


The Senior Communication Designer will play a strategic and operational role in defining, developing, and executing the company’s communication and branding projects. As part of the Brand and Communication team, this professional will be responsible for transforming technical and strategic information into clear, impactful, and consistent visual narratives, ensuring high standards of creative quality and alignment with the brand identity. This role combines strategic thinking, strong creative ability, and hands-on execution, with a focus on graphic design, branding, visual storytelling, corporate content, and video editing, directly contributing to the brand’s perception and positioning.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Develop and produce communication materials, including presentations, corporate dossiers, campaigns, event materials, digital content, and videos;
Create visual narratives that translate technical concepts, complex projects, and strategic messages into clear, accessible, and visually compelling communication;
Manage, maintain, and evolve the brand system, ensuring consistency across the corporate brand, sub-brands, and projects;
Execute video editing and post-production, including assembly, narrative pacing, basic motion design, and adaptation of content to multiple formats and channels;

 Collaborate with internal management teams and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, deadline compliance, and excellence in delivery;
Develop templates and scalable systems to increase efficiency and accelerate recurring deliveries;
Integrate internal insights, feedback, and performance data to optimize content and maximize visual and communication impact;
Actively contribute to creative concepts and storytelling in strategic presentations and key projects;
Ensure high standards of graphic production, including material selection, supplier management, proof validation, and quality control;
Apply knowledge of generative AI and automation tools to optimize content, develop assets for digital channels, and improve creative efficiency.

 

Experience and Qualifications

 

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in visual communication, branding, corporate design, institutional content, and video production, supported by a strong portfolio;

Advanced proficiency in Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and others) and Microsoft tools (especially PowerPoint and Word);

Proven experience in video editing (Premiere/Final Cut) and basic motion design (After Effects);

Skills in web page development;

Strong ability to transform technical information into visual storytelling;

Experience in technical environments or complex projects — such as real estate, architecture, urban planning, or similar fields — will be considered a plus;

Experience in international environments or collaboration with marketing, strategy, or consulting teams will be valued;

Ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and use them to optimize creative approaches and communication results;

Availability for a hybrid work model;

Solid knowledge of graphic production and supplier management;

Familiarity with AI tools applied to design, digital content, and workflow optimization;

High level of autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and respect for deadlines;

Experience in multifunctional, dynamic, and fast-paced environments;

Strong ability to present and defend creative proposals to internal stakeholders and end clients.
