External Communications Coordinator m/f

Role Description
Responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the external communications strategy of the organization and the companies within its ecosystem, ensuring consistency in positioning, coherence across the brand portfolio, and alignment with the business’s strategic objectives. This role works across different areas and projects, combining strategy development, content creation, channel management, and reputation monitoring, while maintaining close collaboration with leadership and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the external communications strategy, branding, and institutional positioning
• Ensure narrative coherence and brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Coordinate communications across different companies and projects within the ecosystem, adapting messages to distinct audiences
• Develop and manage the publication of institutional content across communication channels (online, including social media, and offline)
• Oversee the production of campaigns, brand activations, and promotional materials
• Coordinate communication strategies for specific projects, particularly in the real estate sector and product marketing
• Manage relationships with external agencies (communications, design, advertising, and press relations), ensuring quality, deadlines, and strategic alignment
• Define and implement public relations and media relations strategies
• Coordinate the production of multimedia content, contributing to the optimization of digital presence (website, newsletters, videos, podcasts, among others)
• Plan and execute events and brand activation initiatives
• Support institutional initiatives and strategic projects with reputational impact
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in external communications, branding, or marketing roles
• Experience managing multiple brands, projects, or business units
• Experience coordinating with agencies and managing external suppliers
• Strong knowledge of communication strategies, branding, content development, and digital channels
• Experience in media relations and institutional communications management
• Experience in the real estate, investment, or innovation sectors is considered a plus
• Strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Autonomous and proactive approach
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Experience using digital platforms and AI tools for project management, content creation, and productivity optimization is valued
• Fluency in written and spoken English
