Workshop Manager (m/f)

Organize and supervise preventive maintenance of construction equipment according to the parameters and technical specifications defined by the manufacturers; Perform diagnostics and repairs of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures; Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to be performed, analyse and interpret equipment drawings and technical specifications; Manage inventory; Perform additional tasks inherent to the proper performance of the function.

Job Requirements and Skills Profile 

• Completed elementary education or equivalent technical course;
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and metalworking techniques;
• 10 years of professional experience in construction equipment maintenance;
• Experience in civil construction projects;
• Experience in inventory management and maintenance teams;
• Knowledge of information and communication technologies;
• Fluency in French (required);
• Flexibility;
• Effective communication;
• Planning and organization;
• Initiative and proactivity;
• Rigor and reliability;
• Teamwork;
• Availability for mobility.
