Welding Supervisor in Pipe Shop - Metal Structures (m/f)

Supervise manufacturing, assembly, welding, and painting activities for piping and metal structures; Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; Delegate responsibilities and tasks, and monitor team performance; Interpret technical and isometric drawings; Conduct inspections and ensure process compliance; Collaborate with production, technical, quality, and health and safety teams.

Job Requirements and Skills Profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with proven experience in welding metal structures;
• Experience in large-scale industrial or offshore projects (preferred);
• Proficiency in welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, Coated Electrode);
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, NR-13, NR-33, and NR-35 standards;
• Welding or inspection certifications (preferred);
• Fluency in French (required);
• Planning, organization, and results-oriented;
• Ability to analyse and solve problems;
• Leadership;
• Teamwork;
• Availability for mobility.
