HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Coordinator (m/f)
Coordinate, implement and promote the continuous improvement of activities inherent to the areas of Safety, Health and Environment, ensuring alignment and compliance with the Group's internal, legal, regulatory and external requirements, promoting an Integrated and efficient Management System and respective applicable Certifications.
Job Requirements and Skills Profile
- Higher education or technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred);
- 5 years of professional experience in the field of Safety;
- Experience in port projects;
- Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards;
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferred);
- Fluency in French (required);
- Effective communication;
- Leadership;
- Team management;
- Planning, organization, and priority management;
- Resilience;
- Availability for mobility.
Place of work: Porto Banana, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
