Concrete Plant Operator (m/f) (EN)

• Operate and control the concrete production plant using the control and automation system;
• Prepare and produce various concrete mixes according to technical specifications;
• Monitor the correct proportions of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures;
• Check available raw material levels and promptly communicate any replenishment needs;
• Monitor the concrete mixer truck loading process;
• Confirm the consistency between the programmed mix design and the produced concrete;
• Monitor production parameters and identify any discrepancies;
• Record production, raw material consumption, and occurrences;
• Coordinate, as needed, with the concrete mixer truck drivers and the site team;
• Report any technical, operational, or quality anomalies to the production manager;
• Support the execution of quality checks and controls on the produced concrete;
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the power plant and surrounding areas;
• Participate in preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning;
• Identify hazardous situations and strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures;
• Comply with environmental procedures, including waste management and wastewater treatment during equipment washing.
   
   
  Qualifications and Experience
• Vocational or technical training in construction, industrial production, mechanics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Essential knowledge of the operation of 60 m³/h concrete batching plants, ideally Sany or Arcen brand
• Fluency in French; English or Portuguese is an asset.
