Mechanical Construction Manager (Plumbing & HVAC) (m/f) 

Ensure the preparation of the project by defining the activity plan and allocating the necessary human resources, in line with the project’s technical requirements. Oversee the execution of the works and carry out monthly analysis of project performance, according to the established contract, in order to ensure compliance with financial and scheduling objectives, as well as optimize project profitability.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Mechanical project/site management and coordination;
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, MS Project, and AutoCAD;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Negotiation skills;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Problem analysis and resolution;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Availability for mobility.
