MEP Maintenance Engineer (m/f) 

Coordinate maintenance teams; develop and monitor maintenance plans; oversee the daily progress and operational dynamics of maintenance works.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in coordinating maintenance teams;
• Technical knowledge in HVAC, Hydraulics, and Electricity;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluency in English;
• Leadership skills;
• Initiative and proactiveness;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Availability for mobility.
