Foreman I (Structure and Finishings) (m/f) 

Ensure the organization, control, and monitoring of all tasks to be performed, managing human and material resources to guarantee the execution of the project as planned. Ensure the implementation of production plans according to the instructions received, supervising and distributing tasks across the different phases of the production process. Communicate and/or resolve any detected anomalies, ensuring their correction whenever necessary, adjusting methods and processes, and taking full responsibility for meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• 9th grade education or technical-professional course;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil construction and building works;
• Solid knowledge of building construction and civil engineering;
• Good knowledge in the analysis and interpretation of drawings and projects;
• Proven experience in the execution of high-rise buildings and mixed-use projects, with high-standard finishes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Strong HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) culture and focus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Customer and results-oriented;
• Teamwork skills;
• Availability for mobility.
