Construction Site Manager (M/F) 

Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day execution of the construction project, ensuring compliance with the schedule, technical requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. Organize and supervise the various work sites, coordinating in-house teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Analyze construction drawings, identify constraints and incompatibilities, and coordinate solutions with the Construction Management team and technical staff. Monitor productivity, resources, and project progress, ensuring that activities are prepared in a timely manner and that deadline and cost objectives are met. Participate in production meetings and ensure regular reporting on progress, constraints, and project needs.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in construction site management and supervision;
• Experience in civil construction projects, preferably residential projects with multiple work fronts;
• Ability to coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors;
• Knowledge of planning, production control, quality, and safety;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and planning tools is a plus;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• Leadership and decision-making skills;
• Planning and organization;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Communication and teamwork;
• Results-oriented;
• Willingness to International Mobility.
