Project Manager Mining (EN)
Full project management, ensuring its technical, financial, and legal execution, namely: Developing and implementing the overall project plan, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives; Defining goals and performance indicators and monitoring their execution. Ensuring the efficient management of the teams involved and compliance with deadlines, budget, safety standards, and environmental regulations, promoting the sustainability and profitability of the project.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Higher education in Mining Engineering, Geology or Geotechnics;
- Additional training and/or knowledge of Safety and the Environment;
- Knowledge of contract management and budget preparation;
- Experience in risk assessment;
- At least 10 years' professional experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan);
- Proficiency in French (preferred);
- Safety-oriented;
- Effective communication skills;
- Problem analysis and resolution;
- Client management
