Production Technician - Earthworks (m/f) (EN) 

Job Function:

Implement and coordinate earthmoving activities in the field, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and deadline objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and ensure excavation, landfill, and compaction operations according to plan.
• Coordinate earthmoving teams and equipment.
• Control productivity and volumes executed.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve operational constraints.
• Prepare daily production reports.

Requirements:

• Technical or higher education in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in earthmoving, preferably in mining or large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of surveying, production control, team and equipment management.
