Budget Meter (m/f) EN 

 

 

Perform analysis of execution, study, or preparation projects, carrying out measurements and measurement reports, and conducting monthly monitoring of the works, in accordance with superior guidelines and project information, in order to ascertain the quantities of work and their description, within the planned deadlines. Carry out measurements of each activity necessary for the execution of the work, based on the prior analysis of the various project components and specifications relating to the characteristics of the construction or installation, with a view to effectively determining the quantities of work to be performed. Determine the quantities of labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the execution of the work, based on the measurements carried out, aiming at the preparation of estimated and itemized budgets that allow the determination of the overall costs of the work. Collaborate with the Planning area in obtaining internal re-budgeting, as well as support monthly economic updates and the preparation of production maps. Execute the complete process of subcontracting control as well as the complete process of internal production control.

 

 

Job Requirements and Skills Profile:

• 12th grade education or Technical-Professional Course in Quantity Surveying with CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude);

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD tools;

• Proficiency in English and/or French (spoken and written);

• Problem Analysis and Resolution skills;

• Teamwork skills;

• Availability for mobility.
