Superintendent | Drill&Blast (m/f)
To carry out tasks related to mining operations, managing and supervising the teams and resources assigned to them, in accordance with management instructions and applicable regulations, with the aim of ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the operation, as well as reporting on the activities carried out and ensuring compliance with established quality, environmental and safety standards.
Job requirements and skills profile
- A secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent technical qualification (preferred);
- Professional experience in mining projects (gold mine), in particular in the field of Drill&Blast;
- Fluency in English (preferred);
- Initiative and proactivity;
- Planning and organisation;
- Leadership, motivation and team building;
- Teamwork;
- Willingness to relocate.
