Mechanics - Light & Heavy Vehicle (m/f)

We are seeking Mechanics to support high-priority mining operations in the Benishangul-Gumuz region. Mota-Engil is sourcing technical talent to manage a diverse fleet, ranging from light vehicles to heavy-duty mining machinery.

Workshop Leadership (Foreman)

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.

Industry Context: Significant background in mining or construction workshop environments.

Primary Function: Leadership of the mechanical team and comprehensive oversight of the repair schedule.

Senior Heavy & Light Vehicle Mechanics

Experience Required: 5+ years specialized experience.

Technical Focus: Heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) and fleet trucks.

Key Competencies: * Complex repairs of engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.

Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

High proficiency in interpreting technical manuals.

Junior Mechanics (Generalist)

Experience Required: 1+ years working with automotive, truck, or small machinery engines.

Key Competencies: * Routine servicing (oil changes).

Tire repairs and fundamental engine maintenance.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must fulfill the following organizational and statutory requirements:

Location & Mobility: * Must be a current resident of Ethiopia.

Willingness to work on-site in the Benishangul-Gumuz region.

Communication: Full bilingual proficiency in Amharic and English.
