Human Resources Technician (m/f) (EN)
Manage and lead the HR function in the areas of operational and HR development, namely the admission process, registration management, occupational medicine, salary processing, recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development.
Ensure the alignment of local HR activities and processes applied to local/Expat’s with the Group’s HR strategy.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Higher Education in Human Resources Management or similar;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferable in Multinational environment;
- Experience in union processes management;
- Strong Knowledge of operational HR and development processes;
- Knowledge of Local Labour Law (preferred);
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP R / 3 tools (preferred);
- Fluent in english (mandatory);
- Effective communication skills and ability to influence;
- Analysis and Problem Solving;
- Results Orientation;
- Leadership and Teamwork.
