We are seeking Auto Electrical & HVAC professionals to support high-priority mining operations in Benishangul-Gumuz. Mota-Engil is looking for technical talent to maintain a diverse fleet, from light vehicles to heavy-duty mining machinery.

Senior Auto Electrician

Experience Required: 5–8+ years, preferably within the heavy machinery sector.

Technical Focus: * Troubleshooting Engine Control Modules (ECMs) and hydraulic sensors.

Dashboard electronics diagnostics.

Specialized Skill: Demonstrated expertise in Air Conditioning (AC) systems.

Junior Auto Electrician

Experience Required: 1+ years in automotive electrical systems.

Key Competencies: * Basic wiring and battery maintenance.

Light vehicle electrical support.

Preferred Skill: Functional knowledge of AC charging and servicing

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must fulfill the following organizational and statutory requirements:

Location & Mobility: * Must be a current resident of Ethiopia.

Willingness to work on-site in the Benishangul-Gumuz region.

Communication: Full bilingual proficiency in Amharic and English.
