Mining Engineer - Production Manager (m/f) (EN)

Responsible for managing and optimizing mine production, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of operations, while maximizing mining productivity and profitability. Coordinating and supervising mine operations, managing human resources, materials, and equipment, and ensuring process efficiency.

• Higher education in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology; 
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mining activities, preferably in an open-pit gold mine and in adverse conditions - high altitude and negative temperatures (required);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and software used in mining (Vulcan; Surpac; Autocad; Opit-Blast; ArcGis);
• Fluency in English, Armenian, and/or Russian (required);
• Customer-oriented;
• Leadership, Motivation, and Teamwork; 
• Market/Business Orientation;
• Availability to mobility.
