Supply Chain Supervisor (m/f)

Responsible for supporting the mining projects in Supply Chain, ensuring that the Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics team understands their roles and acts with high standards of quality, cost, and availability, as well as supporting construction projects. Strong coordination with the equipment, maintenance, planning, technical, financial, and production areas, ensuring the effective execution of critical stages of different projects in the market, such as forecasting needs, contracts, purchasing, exporting, transportation, importing, receiving goods, and inventories; Responsible for planning and monitoring interactions between internal and external teams (suppliers and service providers), minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with deadlines; Ensure the operation of Supply Chain management processes in accordance with the Policies and Methodologies defined by the company.

Job Requirements and Competency Profile
 

• Technical or Higher Education (Management, Procurement, or Logistics);
• Experience in mining projects (preferred);
• Solid knowledge of procurement, warehouse, logistics, and financial indicators;
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP (required);
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Leadership and influence skills;  
• Strong results orientation;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Mobility availability.
