The Group arrived to Mexico in 2008, through the concession Perote-Xalapa in the State of Veracruz. In 2012 we established Mota-Engil México where infrastructure projects in different technical fields are developed.

We operate in the port and logistic sector, through Transitex Mexico, as well as in the waste management field in the state of Baja Califórnia. The main works in which we have been involved were the Perote-Xalapa section: 60km;  Servo da Nação: 14km;  Cardel-Poza Rica section: 128 km; Tuxpan-Ozuluama section: 105 km; line 3 of the Guadalajara light railway; road maintenance contract for Veracruz Sur and maintenance of Lerma and Necaxa hydroelectric power plants.

Our industrial asphalt plants grant us total autonomy to manufacture high specification asphalt with discontinuous plants; and the central lab, which was built with 700 m2, and whose purpose is to provide our clients with the best quality and design of different materials applied in our works – state-of-the-art equipment, totally automated and digital.

Certain that the creation of a different work culture materializes itself through the valorization of its Human capital, Mota-Engil Mexico will continue focusing on the materialization of established priorities, through the development and implementation of tailored projects: of what it is today and of what it wants to be in the future.
