
Main Tasks
- Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network);
- Resolve ServiceDesk tickets within expected SLA;
- Install and configure computers and required software;
- Manage user accounts (create, modify, disable);
- Troubleshoot network issues including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN;
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset documentation;
- Support onboarding by preparing devices for new employees;
- Assist with updates, patching, and maintenance of systems;
- Provide remote support to users across different sites;
Required Education
- SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination)
Nigeria-Specific Certification Options
- NITDA ICT Trainings (any relevant ICT courses)
- NDPR Awareness Certificate
Mandatory Certifications
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
