Main Tasks

  • Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network);
  • Resolve ServiceDesk tickets within expected SLA;
  • Install and configure computers and required software;
  • Manage user accounts (create, modify, disable);
  • Troubleshoot network issues including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN;
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset documentation;
  • Support onboarding by preparing devices for new employees;
  • Assist with updates, patching, and maintenance of systems;
  • Provide remote support to users across different sites;

Required Education

 

  • SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination)

 

Nigeria-Specific Certification Options

  • NITDA ICT Trainings (any relevant ICT courses)
  • NDPR Awareness Certificate

 

Mandatory Certifications

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
