Electric Mobility Project Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

As an Electric Mobility Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work at the Service Delivery team and be responsible for the following key areas:

 

Role Overview: 

Responsible for managing customer contracts and all the internal and external stakeholders regarding Mota-Engil Renewing's electric mobility construction projects. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project schedule and budget execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of E-Mobility construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate project activities for efficient delivery.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers by conducting bids, preparing comparative charts, studying proposals, and making award decisions.
  • Monitor and control project budgets.
  • Manage contracts and handle commercial interactions with clients.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to support project activities.
  • Execute licensing and certification processes.
  • Interact with regulatory and oversight entities, ensuring compliance.
  • Support the preparation of proposals for clients and the estimation of extra-contractual work, if required
  • Generate reports for project monitoring and analysis.
  • Develop technical documentation to support projects.
  • Implement quality and safety plans.

 

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline).
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project/contract management.
  • Experience in projects with significant electrical components.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Mobility availability.
  • Driving license.
