Key Responsibilities

Aligned with the Mota-Engil Group's Strategic Plan and Goals, the responsibilities encompass supporting the business unit and its companies by:

• Identify, promote, and monitor ESG requirements (legal, sustainable finance and other standards, best practices, …).
• Develop and implement ESG plans and initiatives, including decarbonization programs.
• Collaborate in the ESG reporting process.
• Prepare updates, analysis and feedback for different stakeholders regarding ESG requirements.
• Promote sustainability-focused training and communication, both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Experience

• Organized, flexible, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary working groups (internal and external)
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Environment), Business or Management or related field.
• Proficient English language abilities to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Available to travel as needed.
