Responsibilities
As an Electric Mobility Project Manager reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for EV charging hubs (typically from 50 kVA to 2 MVA), from design coordination and permitting to construction and commissioning.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery against project milestones.
• Lead and control on-site execution activities, acting as the primary project representative during construction and installation works and ensuring that installers and subcontractors execute the works in accordance with approved designs, specifications, method statements, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and control project budgets.
• Provide regular project updates to partners/clients, including progress, key milestones, planned activities, risks, issues, and actions required from each party.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, finance, commercial, operations, and other departments to ensure effective project execution.
• Execute licensing and certification processes.
• Generate reports for project monitoring and analysis.
• Maintain strong control of site records, and other relevant project documentation.
• Implement and enforce project quality and HSE plans, ensuring that installers, subcontractors, and suppliers comply with company requirements, applicable legislation, and approved procedures.

Requirements and Competencies:

• Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline).
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project/contract management.
• Experience in projects with significant electrical components.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Excel or similar tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and planning skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Mobility availability.
• Driver's license.
