Site Manager | AVAC (m/f) 

Preparing the work by defining the plan of activities and allocating the necessary resources, in accordance with the technical requirements of the project, as well as supervising its execution and analysing the results on a monthly basis, in accordance with the established contract, in order to ensure compliance with the economic objectives, the deadlines set and to optimise the profitability of the work.

 Job requirements and competence profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in specialised projects (HVAC), especially in chilled water network plants, air treatment systems, direct expansion systems and safety systems (smoke extraction/pressurisation).
• Knowledge of GTC/BMS would be an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project and AutoCAD tools.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Negotiation skills;

• Willingness to be mobile.
