Ensure construction management by planning, coordinating, optimizing, and controlling the human and material resources assigned to it, in coordination with the project owner; Coordinate the activities of the Contract Management area, particularly the management of contracts with the Project Owner, Subcontractors, and Suppliers, in the evaluation and preparation of relevant contractual documentation for construction management.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Bachelor´s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field;
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in large scale construction projects, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
- Knowledge of Contract Management;
- Knowledge World Bank regulations, OPRC, FIDIC standards;
- Claims management;
- Significant experience in Africa;
- Proven track record of delivering high-rise, mixed-use buildings with high-end finishings;
- Experience managing budgets of $200 million+;
- Strong HSE culture and focus;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, and Primavera P6;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Negotiation skills;

- Availability for mobility.
