Carry out the monitoring of the work, planning and controlling it in economic terms and in terms of time, as well as collaborate in the preparation of work plans, in accordance with the superior guidelines, with the economic and work planning and with the technical and legal requirements defined, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the established objectives, guarantee the execution of the work in accordance with the defined legal requirements and with the stipulated deadline.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Bachelor´s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
- 10+ years´ planning experience in large scale construction projects;
- Direct experience with high-rise, mixed-use developments is essential;
- Relevant project experience in Africa is preferable;
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning/scheduling software;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Project Planning and Management;
- Problem analysis and resolution;
- Customer orientation;
- Communication Effectiveness;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for Mobility.
