Senior Construction Manager (m/f)

As part of a mining project, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the Site Management, Contract and Client, planning, coordinating, optimizing and controlling the resources allocated to it in accordance with the requirements of Safety, Environment and Quality and legal regulations, in order to guarantee its execution within the defined period, as well as the fulfillment and maximization of established economic and contractual objectives. He/She will be responsible for all site construction activities related to earthworks and drainage.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Higher Education in Civil/Mining Engineering;
• 7 - 10 years' professional experience in construction management, preferably in the mining, heavy industrial or infrastructure sectors;
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in mining operations or remote locations; 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of SAP, AutoCad and MS Project;
• Fluent in English (required) and French (prefered);
• Analysis and Problem Solving;
• Planning and Results Orientation;
• Leadership and Communication;
• Mobility Availability.
