Site Clerk (m/f) 





  • General Site Administration
  • H&S Paperwork administration
  • Document control for the site management team
  • procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site
  • Reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets
  • Inspection of deliveries where possible
  • Administering returns in accordance with Company policy
  • Undertaking data entry and back-up.
  • Job Specific training will be provided
  • Working as part of the project delivery team




  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP (preferable)
  • Book keeping and IT qualifications (preferable)
  • Must be dilligent and have a strong attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
