Site Manager | Electrical Engineer (EN) 

To ensure the preparation of the works by defining the plan of activities and allocating the necessary human resources, in accordance with the technical requirements of the project, as well as to supervise the execution of the works and analyse the results of the works on a monthly basis, in accordance with the established contract, in order to ensure compliance with the economic objectives and deadlines set and to optimise the profitability of the works.

Requisitos y Competencias del Puesto Perfil

• Degree in electrical engineering;
• At least 10 years of professional experience in management and coordination of electrical, telecommunications and electronic security projects/works, with special focus on substations;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project and Autocad tools;
• Fluency in English (compulsory);
• Negotiation skills;
• Rigour and reliability;
• Analysis and problem solving;
• Planning and organisation;
• Availability for mobility.
