Administrative Technician (EN) 

 

 

Ensure the administrative management of human resources on site, proceeding to the elaboration of labour contracts, transfers, contract terminations, attendance control; support for obtaining visas, participation in labor claims, preparation of the vacation and schedule maps, establishing the necessary contacts with external entities in the field of labor relations, aiming at the correct functioning of the work / project.

 

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

 

  • 12th grade or Technical-Professional Course;
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in similar duties;
  • Solid knowledge of SAP HR;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Fluency in French (essential);
  • Initiative and Proactivity;
  • Planning and Organization;
  • Accuracy and Reliability;
  • Team Work;
  • Mobility Availability.
