Facility Manager
Ensure the organization, control, and follow-up of work, supervising and leading teams, regarding assigned contracts or related to Facility Management; Guaranteeing the construction and/or maintenance according to project and in close articulation with the contract manager; Coordinating, conducting, and monitoring the inspection of preventive and corrective maintenance activity; Managing a team of technicians and service technicians.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:
- Higher technical education (preferred majors: Mechanical, Electrical);
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Facility Management Polish market;
- Willingness for international mobility;
- Fluent (native) knowledge of Polish language;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Project;
- Driving license (cat. B).
