Glan Agua are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our growing water and wastewater business in the UK.



  • Understanding client expectations;
  • Developing quality control processes, ITP’s and forms;
  • Supervising staff and monitoring production standards;
  • Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production;
  • Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality;
  • Rejecting products that fail quality standards;
  • Engaging with customers and gathering satisfaction feedback;
  • Auditing and producing reports on quality standards;
  • Overseeing document control and data retention;
  • Reporting to HSQE Manager on quality standard issues;
  • Improving production efficiency and managing waste.


Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

  • Hold a recognised qualification or degree in relevant field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork, problem resolution and presentation skills;
  • Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
