Mining Engineer - Mining Planning (m/f) (EN)

To ensure planning of operations within project and mine operation. To follow-up and monitor main performance indicators and equipment yield. To prepare supportive tables and technical data for mine planning. To release operation times and forecasts; to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans. To coordinate and monitor land surveying operations (monitoring of moved work volumes and.  To reconcile moved masses and DMTS monitoring. To help in reviewing the geological model and reserve evaluation. To prepare technical projects dealing with the operation.   

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

•  Higher Education in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology;
•  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mining activities, preferably in open pit operations, with practical operational experience including mining, Drilling & Blasting;
•  Knowledge of Office tools and software used in mining (Vulcan; Surpac; Autocad; Opit-Blast; ArcGis);
•  Fluency in French;
•  Leadership;
•  Analysis and problem solving;
•  Mobility availability.
