HR Administrative Technician - Project (EN) (M/F)

City:  Ivory coast

To ensure the administrative management of the project's human resources, drawing up employment contracts, transfers, terminations of contracts, attendance control; support for obtaining visas, reporting work-related claims, drawing up vacation maps and work schedules, establishing the necessary contacts with external entities in the field of labor relations, in order to ensure the correct functioning of the project.

 

 

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

 

  • Mandatory education or technical-vocational course;
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in a similar role, preferably in mining projects;
  • Proficiency in SAP HR;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Proficiency in French (preferred);
  • Initiative and proactivity;
  • Planning and organization;
  • Rigor and reliability;
  • Teamwork;
  • Availability for mobility.
